Thank you for shopping with ZAK'S EMPORIUM. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and easy process.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, perfumes and fragrances are non-returnable once they have been opened. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will gladly assist you with returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Unopened Products:
We accept returns for unopened and unused perfumes within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email us at umairaliku03@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach photos showing the damage or the wrong item.
  • Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and send you a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
    • Return the Item:
      If the item is eligible for return, pack it securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure it arrives safely.
      • Exchange:
        After we receive the returned item, Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed.
        3. Non-Returnable Items
        For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
        • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances.
        • Customized or personalized products, unless defective or damaged.
          4. Shipping Costs
          • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or an error occurred on our part.
          • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless you received the wrong or damaged item.
            5. Cancellations
            Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item following the procedure outlined above.
